Marco Latraverse is a researcher for the Technical Services of Rio Tinto Aluminum. He obtained a PhD in Water Sciences at INRS University in Ste-Foy, Quebec with a specialization in statistical hydrology in 2000. Before joining Rio Tinto in 2008, he worked for Hydro-Quebec from 2000 to 2008 where he was mainly involved in the modelisation of inflows as inputs for stochastic optimisation models. At Rio Tinto, he mainly works on uncertainty modeling of meteorological and hydrological data.
