The goal of Ouranos' training activities is to develop a common applied understanding of fundamental concepts in climate science and adaptation, using practical methods to support action. 

They offer rigorous, up-to-date scientific knowledge on two key themes, climate science and adaptation, to anyone wishing to understand these concepts and their role in their role in tackling climate change.

Who are Ouranos' training activities for?

These activities are aimed at anyone involved, directly or indirectly, in the fight against climate change, including :

  • Those playing a strategic or operational role.

  • Those involved in planning and implementing adaptation to climate change.

All sectors and domains of activity are concerned, in particular:

  • Sectors: government, municipal, parapublic, private, nonprofit, etc.

  • Domains: infrastructure, natural environment, health, economy, tourism, energy, water, etc.

Suggested program 

The activities can be followed in any order that suits the participant, depending on their goals, expertise and needs. However, the following sequence is recommended:
