Nathalie Bleau holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and a master's degree in Development Planning from the Université de Montréal. Initially working in academic institutions and the parapublic sector, she joined Ouranos in 2007 to coordinate the Built Environment program. Since 2020, she has been coordinating a program designed to support and stimulate the development of scientific and empirical knowledge, in order to help build and strengthen the adaptation of living environments. Since 2023, she has added to her position as coordinator, that of investigator of new projects to accelerate adaptation, and that of mentor on the CSA team to facilitate the integration and training of coordinators.
