Holder of a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydrology from the University of Sherbrooke, Gabriel Rondeau-Genesse worked as a research e, Gabriel Rondeau-Genesse has been working in the Climate Science and Climate Services group at Ouranos since 2015. He focuses primarily on studying the impact of climate change on hydrology in Quebec and has been actively involved in Ouranos' Support to INFO-Crue.

In recent years, Gabriel has also worked on the development of open tools aimed at facilitating and standardizing the production of hydroclimatic scenarios at Ouranos.
