Juliette Lavoie holds a Master's degree in Atmospheric and Ocean Sciences from McGill University, where she used the large CESM ensemble to assess the evolution of ocean heat fluxes under the pack ice. In the summer of 2021, she completed a joint internship between Ouranos and Hydro-Québec to help identify multiple adaptation strategies in order to support Hydro-Québec in their approach to adapting to climate change.

Since September 2021, she is the link between the Climate Scenarios and Services group and the Climate Platforms, Data and Operations group, and reflects on the integration of machine learning into Ouranos climate services.
