Summary
I will present my professional career and work history as head of the "Central Service Facility for Field Experiments and Instrumentation" at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biogeochemistry in Jena, Germany, with the focus on the setup and operation of measurement sites and networks and the quality control of the collected data. A number of photos will illustrate where me and my group were active and what were our tasks. I also want to briefly, explain why I am here and what is my role in the flux network project of Michelle Garneau.
