Huard, David (Ouranos, ANG)

David Huard holds a PhD in Water Sciences from INRS-ETE and conducted postdoctoral studies on sea ice modeling at McGill University. He has taught at college and at UQÀM, and has worked as a scientific consultant for various companies, departments and organizations.

With Ouranos since 2009, he conducts climate change studies for issues related to precipitation, hydrology and electricity production.

Poulin, Annie (EN)

Annie Poulin holds a bachelor's degree in geological engineering from Université Laval and a doctorate in water sciences from INRS-ETE. Since 2010, she is a professor of hydraulics and hydrology at the Department of Construction Engineering of the École de technologie supérieure in Montreal. She is the director of the HC3 Laboratory - Climate Hydrology and Climate Change and has nearly 15 years of experience in hydrological modeling and in the study of the impact of environmental changes on water resources.

Hachem, Sonia (Ouranos, ANG)

Sonia Hachem holds a PhD in Geographic Sciences from Laval University. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher on the mapping of permafrost zones from satellite images in the circum-Arctic zone with Laval University, Waterloo University and the European Space Agency. She also holds a degree in Higher Education Pedagogy. She worked as a geography teacher at the college level for 6 years.

At Ouranos since 2019, she joigned the Knowledge Transfer andTraining team in 2020.

Bisaillon, Alexandrine (Ouranos, ANG)

Alexandrine holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning as well as a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from the Université de Montréal. After working in urban planning for the municipal sector, she continued her studies to better equip herself to address environmental issues from a sustainable land use perspective. This experience led her to collaborate on various research projects on natural risk management and adaptation to climate change, notably with the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Planning and the Sustainable Works Observatory. 

Bleau, Nathalie (Ouranos, ANG)

Nathalie Bleau holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and a master's degree in Development Planning from the Université de Montréal. Initially working in academic institutions and the parapublic sector, she joined Ouranos in 2007 to coordinate the Built Environment program. Since 2020, she has been coordinating a program designed to support and stimulate the development of scientific and empirical knowledge, in order to help build and strengthen the adaptation of living environments.
